Timothy Freriks - CEO/President. TelSim, Inc. was founded in 1995 by Mr. Freriks and is located in Tampa, Florida. With experience in training for the insurance and financial services industry, Mr. Freriks discovered the power of simulation-based training software. Creating the original SoundLearning course authoring tool and LMS from scratch, TelSim starting writing programs for insurance companies which focused on soft skills development, such as sales, management, coaching and leadership. Mr. Freriks has authored several articles on learning trends and ROI on e-learning.

A wide spectrum of clients have broadened the experience of the company since its beginnings from pharmaceutical sales to telecommunications. retail, call centers, food stores, even a recruiting program for the military.
Randy Poole - CIO/Executive Vice President. Mr. Poole is the senior programmer for TelSim, responsible for creating software that is virtually indistinguishable from magic. Fluent in almost every conceivable programming language, Mr. Poole has created massive web-based infrastructures for financial, e-commerce, networking, electrical power management, telecommunications and customer service systems, These projects served several major international companies, such as PODS, Mexican Power (government of Mexico) and banks using ATM backbones. Mr. Poole pushed the envelope in HMI (Human to Machine Interface) development, AI (artificial intelligence) and Flash-based projects.

Mr. Poole brings to TelSim a depth of expertise that allows the company to create not only highly inventive and comprehensive training-based projects, but also virtually any other need the human mind can conceive.
